Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Students may request a full refund within 3 days of course enrollment if no more than one live class session has been attended and no course completion certificates have been generated.

2. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days in accordance with Indian banking settlement standards.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email our support team at support@internstep.com with your enrollment transaction ID and registered email address.
